If you don’t want the hassle, lack the skills or contacts, or haven’t the time to manage your installation, you can leave it all to MSR Design Services. From his Carnoustie base, working in Angus, Dundee and the surrounding area as far north as Aberdeen, west into Perthshire and south into Fife,

Mark will:

• create the design using CAD to produce 3D views of your room, so you know exactly how it will look
• work out costs and timings for the project and ensure they are adhered to
• arrange delivery of all materials at appropriate times
• find the tradesmen (builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, flooring contractors, decorators: whatever your project requires)
• supervise the work and make sure everything’s left clean and tidy for you.

All you’ll have to do is enjoy the finished room.

Any re-vamping of a home creates some disturbance but people can usually find ways to work around it (washing up in the bathroom, for example). The one exception is when the room being altered is your only bathroom. Mark does stipulate, in that case, that you move out unless you can arrange alternative facilities. This is so that the work can be done without further inconvenience to you or disrupting and slowing down the work. Why not go on holiday for the week or so that the job will take?
